FIG. 1 shows a hydropneumatic accumulator, equipped with a sensor for limiting the position of the piston and a control device, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 and 3 is the same, with various embodiments of the sensor for limiting the position of the piston and installing the control device, a partial section.
The hydropneumatic accumulator includes a housing 1, two covers 2 and 3 a piston installed to form a hydraulic cavity 5 and a gas cavity 6, a sensor 7 with a movable member 8, a flexible element 9, a lever 10 mounted on a fork 11 movably, an interrupter 12 and a spring 13.
The battery works as follows.
To check the operation of the sensor 7, which is a gas shortage detector, it is sufficient to reduce the pressure in the hydraulic cavity 5 to such a value that the piston under the gas pressure will move by an amount that is greater than the normal lower position of the piston. In this case, the flexible element 9 is tensioned and through the lever 10 actuates the movable member 8 of the sensor 7, which closes the interrupter 12. The interrupter 12 controls the electrical circuit warning of gas shortage. The spring 13 returns the mobile unit 8 to its original position after checking the sensor 7 Accumulators (Fig. 2 and 3) work in the same way, the difference lies in the performance of the sensor 7 and the device controlled by this sensor.
Due to the use of the monitoring device in the accumulators of the monitoring device, the sensor 7 can be performed without changing the pressure in the gas cavity and without dismantling the battery.

Claims (3)

1. A hydropneumatic accumulator comprising a housing, two covers, a free piston installed in the housing with formation of hydraulic and gas cavities, a piston position sensor comprising a movable member located on the side of the gas cavity and interacting with the piston, and an alarm system characterized in that, in order to increase operational reliability, the piston position sensor is provided with a monitoring device connected to the piston by means of a flexible element that is in a tensioned state at the most distant norm Flax piston position from the piston position sensor.

2. The battery according to claim 1, wherein the flexible element is in the form of an inextensible cable.
